The Winklevoss twins' Gemini exchange has unveiled an XRP-focused credit card offering up to 4% crypto rewards on fuel and EV charging purchases. The card provides 3% back on dining, 2% on groceries, and 1% on other transactions.
Gemini is also expanding RLUSD as a base currency for all spot trading pairs for U.S. customers. The $680 million stablecoin integration allows traders to move between RLUSD and other assets without conversion steps.
"We're giving the XRP Army new ways to earn XRP and express their passion," said Tyler Winklevoss. The partnership includes select merchants offering up to 10% back on eligible purchases.
The launch comes as Gemini prepares for its IPO, having filed in June. The exchange reported a $282 million net loss in the first half of the year and secured a $75 million credit facility from Ripple.
